Airfreight: Bogotá → Panama City (fast & secure)

Quick Facts:

⏱️ Delivery Time: ~3 days from drop-off in Bogotá to ride-ready in Panama

📦 USD $1,250 per motorcycle
(Includes crate, straps, plastic wrap, police inspection, customs clearance, and freight)

🛃 Additional in Panama: $70 AWB release & fumigation
(Includes private transport, customs handling, TIP assistance)

🛡️ Optional 1-month road insurance in Panama: $35

💳 Payments: Cash or credit card (+5% processing fee)
 

Flight Schedule: Departures every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
Storage: Free up to 7 days in Bogotá; long-term storage available on request
 

🧾 What you need to ship

To prepare your booking, please provide:

• Passport (copy)

• Title / registration of the motorcycle

• Temporary Import Permit (TIP) for Colombia or DIAN Code

• SOAT (Colombian road insurance)

• Photos of your bike (4 sides, ideally with a wall background)

• Photo of the VIN number
   

IMPORTANT:
✅ Fuel tank must be no more than ¼ full
✅ Motorcycle must be clean and free of flammable or prohibited items
🚫 No hazardous materials, perishables, or restricted cargo allowed
