WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You’ve got moto in your blood and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty. You’re excited to be part of something that’s still growing. You bring good energy, skills to share, and a love for moto adventures. Here are the roles we’re usually looking to fill:
Reception Rockstars
You know the moto life and the traveler mindset. You’re the friendly face that welcomes riders in, helps them check in and out, and makes sure they know all the good stuff we’ve got going on — from coffee tours to world-famous paraglide spots in the area. You keep things running smooth, bring good energy, and help everyone feel at home from the moment they roll in.
Construction Legends
From building new accomodations to fine-tuning our chill zones — we’re always upgrading. Got tools in your hand or project management in your brain? We might need you!
Marketing & Comms Creators
Can you tell a good story? Help us create content, write blogs, create input for social media, or throw epic events that bring travelers together. Bonus points if you can edit a reel or two.
Culinary Wizard
Our guests ride hard and eat well. If you love cooking for groups, get excited about new recipes, and know your way around a big kitchen — this is your playground, and we'd love to learn from you!
WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN
In exchange for 5 hours of help a day, 5 days a week (in your area of expertise), you’ll get:

🏍 Rental bikes ready to go — explore Colombia’s dirt trails, twisties, and backroads if you decide to fly in

All our volunteers come from the moto community; whether you’ve crossed continents or just started riding. Age doesn’t matter, gender doesn’t matter, but your spirit for adventure does.
Whether you’re flipping pancakes or fixing bikes, you’ll also be welcoming new travelers, sharing stories, and helping create that warm, family vibe we’re known for.
