"A Home away from Home"

This place is a home from home for anyone traveling by two wheels, the Donkey Sunrise family are so welcoming and friendly it’s hard to leave. The food, advice and help is just perfect with the added benefit of meeting other travellers to swap and share experiences with. To come to Colombia and not visit Donkey Sunrise would be such a huge mistake.
"Become part of the Family"

Wow this place is absolutely amazing and when they say 'become part of the family' they really mean it. I spent 10 days there and had such a wonderful time meeting the team and other travellers and going for ride-outs in the mountains. 3 meals a day (you can opt out of any meal) and the food was so delicious!! I loved the honesty beer fridge, too much :) They have a wonderful BMW trained technician on site called Ron whom I miss dearly. They also have a workshop where I believe they will soon be able to supply tyres. To sum it up. Absolutely the best place I have stayed on my Canada- Ushuaia trip. Go, you'll love it!! Thanks Tim (The Legend) and Esa and Family for making me so welcome.
"Meet with likeminded spirits"

Donkey Sunrise is a place to meet other motorcyclists, to get advice on how best to explore Colombia, to meet and ride with like minded spirits, and to gather oneself. Extremely well managed, clean, quiet, with great rooms, camping, communal meals created by a wonderful chef with ingredients fresh from the garden, it's a must visit. And right on the Pan-American.
